Legal qualifications
In Japan, conducting agency business without this permission is illegal. Secondhand Dealer License No. 543952002100, issued by the Aichi Prefecture Public Safety Commission.

Combining multiple items and our handling fees
The total payment is 5% of the product price (including consumption tax) plus the shipping fee. If multiple successful bids can be combined, the shipping fee may be lower, but this depends on the seller, which may cause delays. Please note this.

About cancellation
Cancellation Policy: Generally, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may cancel before bidding (a cancellation fee will apply). Once a bid or successful bid is made, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Attention
We do not accept bid requests for items that require a name change (like cars or motorcycles), items exceeding 500,000 yen, or items that cannot be shipped by courier. Shipping is only available within Japan.

Delivery time after winning bid
Items typically arrive within 3 to 7 days after the successful bid, depending on the seller's location, shipping arrangements, and method. For Yahoo Oku, shipping is very fast, so we may not be able to contact the seller until the item arrives. If you don’t receive your item within 7 days, please reach out to us.

Shipping method
If you have a specific shipping method in mind, please indicate it in the remarks section when applying. If no preference is provided, we will choose the cheapest option offered by the seller. Note that shipping methods and conditions vary by auction, so please check the seller's shipping options before applying.

If you experience any issues, please let us know. For damaged items, we will contact the seller first and then guide you on the next steps.
